Canon iP100 body makes it simple yet stylish. Matte silver body has curved edges and a stylish black finish. The overall visual appeal is sharp enough for business meetings and presentations.

Print quality and performance
The iP100 print quality varies from an average of spectacular. text documents created with many bright, bold, but sometimes some of the characters looked a bit blurrier than the other.
Photos are the quality is consistently excellent. I printed two 4 x 6 and 8 x 10 picture. The iP100 melt even the smallest details of a colorful landscape with sharp lines and colors true-to-life. Ink does not dry immediately, but after a minute or two you do not have to worry about stains.
The iP100 is also fast. It ended on one page of a text-heavy Word documents in less than 15 seconds and that’s more than a minute to rattle off nine pages.
I print 4 x 6 photos in the limit of 50 seconds and 8 x 10 photo at 2:46. Both faster speeds than previous models Canon iP90.
Useful Features
You can use the PictBridge compatible camera directly to the iP100 you and immediately make a print. As an alternative, you can transfer images via IrDA infrared capability, or the ante of $ 50 for optional Bluetooth connectivity.
Canon offers a range of optional accessories for your iP100 still useful on the road. Car adapter costs $ 89, or you can choose the battery $ 99 for about three hours before you need to reload.
iP100 Printer: The Bad
High cost is the biggest deficiency for iP100. The printer itself is quite expensive. But the ink cartridges are expensive, too. Small black cartridge sells for $ 12, and three-color cartridge is $ 17. In the end, you will spend approximately 25 cents for full color 4 x 6, and about 3 cents for a sheet of letter-size black and white text.
Without the optional battery, your only option is the power from the AC adapter, which is not ideal for many on-the-go tasks. So unless your plan includes the use of permanent access to the socket, you should consider the cost of the car adapter or batteries.
And if you’re really sharp text documents on the needs of business, the iP100 is a questionable choice.
Good value
Portable inkjet printer is a lot of products specifically intended for people who need prints on the road. You will sacrifice some quality and speed by choosing such iP100 portable printer, the printer is very little to offer this kind of performance in such a portable package.
